TREATMENTS & PRICING
We accept payment via debit, all major credit cards, and other contactless payment. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement for extended health benefits plans, billed under Osteopathy.
Manual Osteopathy
Patients can expect a thorough evaluation to assess symptoms and create a treatment plan to efficiently move you closer to resolution of ailments using advanced osteopathic hands-on techniques.
Our in-person appointments blend advanced anatomic and physiologic approaches, releasing biomechanical strains and restoring balance to your nervous system. They are also helpful in the resolution of symptoms associated with fatigue, depression, and anxiety.
Virtual Visits
Arrange osteopathic telehealth (live interactive video) appointments from the comfort of your home using your phone, tablet, or computer on our secure, encrypted platform. We will discuss your goals for the session, and use mindfulness based osteopathic approaches to release the symptoms of stress and or trauma in the body.

Virtual visits are also perfect for people who prefer to receive physically-distanced treatments, or those who cannot physically attend in-person appointments, and those who don't live in the Ottawa region.
Your initial visit will incorporate a thorough health history, discussion of your treatment goals, a physical assessment in addition to a Manual Osteopathic treatment. Subsequent visits devote more time to treatment itself. You will be advised after your first visit if subsequent treatments will be required; it will be dependent on your condition and goals.
